Production Mapping toolbox license information. Arc GIS Desktop ArcGIS Online. The mapping platform for your organization. Automate many aspects of cartography, making intelligent map production a less time-consuming task. The first steps to getting started with ArcGIS Pro are to download, install, and authorize the application. Optionally, you can also download an offline help setup or language packs that allow you to run ArcGIS Pro in your preferred language. The Mapping and Charting Solutions for Server follow a standard maintenance cycle and will continue to be enhanced and expanded. For major updates and releases, new complete software setups are provided through the My Esri website, while patches are provided on the Esri Support site.
The Production Mapping toolbox provides a collection of tools that can be used to perform various data and cartographic production tasks. The data production tasks include replication and extraction with distributed geodatabases, and mapping features to other schemas.
For cartographic production, you can use tools from the Cartographic Data toolset to create bands from features or rasters as well as calculate elevation figures and feature extents. The Symbology toolset can be used to manage the way data is viewed in the map in terms of symbology as well as the spatial reference and layers in the map.

The Utilities toolset contains tools that allow you to modify geometric networks. Once modified, attributes can be updated based on a tracing task and a feature layer selected to update other layers in the network. |
