Not all PC games can be “hacked” with the help of ordinary trainers. If you installed the game with your language PLUS English – you shouldn’t face any problem. The problem is in game, which forces itself to English on each launch if it sees English files inside. And doesn’t launch properly if it doesn’t see 2 English files even if another language is selected.

In example, if you want to launch the game with German UI/Subtitles/Voiceovers – skip all “selective” files, but download fg-selective-german.bin & all main files (01-05).
If you want to play in your language, but with English voiceovers, install the game with English files and then change the UI language in-game.
In this repack some multiplayer files, not needed for SP-campaign, were moved to a separate archive – you can skip downloading and installing them.
But generally I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve tested single-player campaign, of course and found no bugs or glitches with MP-files removed, but they MAY appear later in the game.
The probability is pretty low, but still. Since the size of MP-data is pretty small in this repack and installation is longer for just 10 minutes, don’t risk your game experience.
