We currently deliver 7 days a week from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Order by 12 PM the day before for next-day delivery.
Our meal kits are guaranteed fresh for up to 4 days.

Delivery Costs
There is a $5.00 flat rate delivery fee for all eligible delivery locations. If you are not home to receive your delivery, your meals will be placed in a cooler box at a $5 flat fee.
*There is no minimum to order PC Chef™ Meal Kits for delivery until November 30, 2020.

* If you will not be home to receive your order during that time, you can let us know at checkout. The cooler box will keep your meal kits in refrigerated conditions (4°C/40°F) for up to 4 hours after delivery. Refrigerate your order by the time indicated on the delivery sticker provided. If you are unable to refrigerate your order by the indicated time on your cooler bag please reach out to our Customer Service team.
Delivery Order Updates
You will receive a notification when your order is within 1 hour of delivery and a notification when your delivery is complete.
It’s our goal to stay within our standard delivery times. If there happens to be a change with your scheduled delivery, we will let you know as soon as possible by email. We will provide you with updated delivery time options as well as refund details.
Condo / Apartment Buildings
Current COVID-19 health and safety guidelines do not permit us to deliver to your specific unit. For all condo and apartment building deliveries, your meals will be placed in a labelled cooler box to keep your meal kits cool and fresh. If your building has a concierge or front desk reception, your delivery will be safely left with them. If not, our delivery team will call you once they’ve arrived. Your meal kits will be left in the safest location possible and remain at refrigerated conditions (4°C/40°F) for up to 4 hours after delivery.
Please ensure your delivery can be received and that you can be contacted during your specified delivery window.
Order Troubleshooting
You may cancel your order or modify the order (including adding or removing products or changing quantities) up until 10:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled Delivery Day for your order (the “Cut-off Time”) by contacting Customer Service by phone at 1-855-951-3883 or by email at support@pcchef.ca, [7 days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST]. If you try to make any cancellation or modification after the Cut-off Time, we cannot guarantee that the order will be cancelled or that the modification will be made.

Order must be placed by 12pm local time to be eligible for next day delivery (“Offer”). Standard delivery fee of $5.00 applies. Current delivery schedule is 8am -6pm every day. Our full day delivery schedule can be found here. Orders placed after 12pm local time will be delivered on the next applicable delivery date. (i.e. orders placed after 12pm local time on a Mondays will be delivered on the Wednesday during our standard delivery hours.) Scheduled deliveries cannot be accommodated at this time. For a limited time only, no minimum to order is required. Any PC Chef Meal Kits added to, changed and/or removed from your order by you after 12pm on your order date, will automatically make your order ineligible for this Offer.
